Our urgent care waiting list is reset daily at 8 am, and the likelihood of securing a same-day appointment increases with an earlier call. Upon contacting us, you will be promptly added to the waiting list. Once your turn arrives, we will notify you via call or text, and we kindly request a response within 10 minutes. Should there be no response within this timeframe, we will proceed to the next individual on the list. Following your acknowledgment, a 30-minute window (subject to adjustment based on specific circumstances) is provided for your arrival at the clinic. We appreciate your cooperation in this process, ensuring efficient and responsive urgent care services for your pet.

Should you choose to cancel the appointment with a notice of at least 24 hours in advance, your pre-payment may be eligible for a refund. You are encouraged to bring your cherished pet in for euthanasia between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Kindly call ahead to inform us of your arrival time. Our facility includes two well-appointed comfort rooms designed to resemble living spaces, providing a serene environment to enhance your pet's comfort. We offer options for home burial, communal cremation, and private cremation.
