Job Summary:
Join our team as a Client Service Representative (CSR), where you'll play a crucial role in representing our practice/hospital. Your responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, maintaining records, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Essential Duties:
- Greet visitors and assist patient owners.
- Answer phones, relay messages, and handle client payments.
- Use email, Weave, and walkie-talkies for communication.
- Maintain lobby supplies and cleanliness.
- Update client information and client forms.
- Assist in handling appointments, surgeries, and euthanasia procedures.
- Escort and assist owners to their cars.
- Room appointments and facilitate client communication with technical and doctor staff.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in standard office equipment and software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks independently.
- Ability to work well with the public.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of customer service experience.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- May lift up to 40 lbs.
- Active movement throughout the day.
- Finger dexterity for computer use and equipment operation.
Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
