Unlike other clinics, our LVTs earn commission on all procedures—including dentals! What You'll Do:
- Master lab procedures like a pro, from manual differentials to running advanced diagnostics.
- Perfect your radiograph technique while keeping safety a priority.
- Be the first to detect signs of illness, disease, or injury in our patients.
- Calculate drug doses and create anesthetic plans that keep our fur-patients safe and sound.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners about treatment plans, updates, and post-op care.
- Mentor and lead our Veterinary and Hospital Assistants, shaping the future of veterinary care.
- Perform advanced diagnostics like IO catheters, central lines, and pediatric catheter placements.
- Step up as a shift lead, ensuring optimal patient care and seamless case delegation.
 
What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program.
- A Washington State LVT license, in good standing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an LVT in Washington State.
- A passion for continuing education, with a commitment to completing 20 hours of CE every two years.
- Someone who can lift up to 40 lbs and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty (safely, of course!).
