At Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care and Veterinary Center (H3PUC), our Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) play a vital role in both Urgent Care and General Practice. Whether you’re assisting with critical cases or providing routine preventive care, you’ll be part of a highly skilled, supportive team that values excellence in veterinary medicine.

H3PUC is a locally owned practice offering same-day urgent care for all pets, including exotics, and comprehensive general practice services. Our team of 10 veterinarians, and over 60 support staff members bring a combined 300+ years of experience, ensuring that every patient receives top-tier care.

What You’ll Do as an LVT at H3PUC:

• Provide exceptional patient care in both urgent care and general practice settings.

• Assist with exams, treatments, surgery, diagnostics, and emergency cases.

• Perform laboratory procedures, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and medication administration.

• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment plans in Shepherd software.

• Work collaboratively with our veterinarians, assistants, and support staff to ensure top-quality care for pets.

Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Preferably four 10-hour shifts, but scheduling is flexible and can be adjusted based on your needs.

Competitive Pay & Bonuses:

• $1,000 Sign-On Full Time Bonus ($500 Sign-on Part Time Bonus)

• $1,000 Relocation Bonus (for candidates moving 100+ miles)

• Hourly Pay: $24.50 - $30.50 (based on experience)

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ A graduate from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program or equivalent qualification, as some states allow alternative routes.

✅ A Washington State LVT license, in good standing, or a license from another state with the ability to obtain a WA license within a reasonable time.

✅ Passion for both urgent care and general practice

✅ Strong technical skills & a commitment to patient care

✅ Excellent communication & teamwork skills
